Hi, I’m Colin. I’m a 61 year old, cis het, married white guy with two grown sons. I live in the suburbs. Generally speaking, I’m not terribly interesting. The world around me, though, now that is something I find to be fascinating. And puzzling. Mostly puzzling. About a year and a half ago, I was diagnosed as autistic, which came as a complete surprise, sort of. Learning I’m autistic has helped me begin to understand why the world has been so puzzling to me, and sometimes difficult to be in.
The biggest surprise, to me, though is that I think I may have a story to tell. I’m not sure what the story is, and that’s what this page is about. It’s about me, but, mostly, I think, it’s going to be about the world around me.
